This is top grade (te ji ) White Peony White Tea 250g gift packed.
Similar to Silver Needle white tea, White Peony tea is mainly produced in the Fuding area of Fujian Province. White Peony tea is a delicious white tea that consists of buds and leaves picked from large white tea plants in early spring, sometimes blended with buds and leaves from daffodil plants.
The silvery bud is enfolded in green leaves that has the appearance of a flower. When steeped, the green leaves unfold resembling petals of a peony blossom, hence the name, "white peony tea".
White Peony tea is naturally fresh in aroma, light yellow or orange yellow in color, refreshing and mellow in taste.
Medically white tea is refreshing and is good for the stomach. It can also be used to reduce body heat.
