Shipping & Returns

Tianhe Tea uses China Post as our primary carrier. Upon receiving payment we ship in 3 business day via China Post worldwide.  Shipping fee determined upon order sub-total.

  • Shipping rates are based solely upon the actual weight of the item and packing (box, foam wrap, etc.). Our shipping charges include packaging, handling, shipping and insurance. According the policy of China Post, we have to arrange shipping as registered SAL/air/EMS parcels. This will take up to 35 days (Usually much quicker), depending on different shipping methods and your distance from China.

  • We are unable to ship to APO’s, FPO’s or P.O. Boxes. No pick-up facilities available. Thanks.

  • Please note that we only ship one order per shipping address; meaning we cannot divide orders to be shipped to separate addresses for only one shipping fee or free shipping.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. The shipping and handling rate, above, is the base rate for this item to the United States/Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom/Germany/France/Italy, respectively, only. The rate will differ for other countries. Contact us for an estimate.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping

Sent via SAL. Tracking are not available for these orders. Please note delivery time is an approximation and may vary depending on location and customs regulations.

Expedited Shipping
10 days shipping via air options are available. Prices are dependent upon order weight and destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote. (Please note that expedited shipping is not available on wholesale or bulk orders.)

Tracking Numbers
The majority of orders shipped by Tianhe Tea are sent via SAL with a delivery confirmation number. This number only details the shipping date and delivery date after it has occurred; it is not a real-time tracking number. Only orders that have been shipped via EMS  means receive a tracking number which will be sent to the customer.

Customs

Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling for your item(s). Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be paid for by you.

Shipping Damages & Loss
Orders over 100 are insured which protects against shipping damage and loss by the carrier. Customers are given the option to receive an exact item or refund. Inspect all orders immediately upon arrival. Within 72 hours of receipt, report any damages to us. If it has been over 40 days since your order date and it has not been received, contact Tianhe Tea to investigate the location of your order. While we will work quickly to locate, send another one or refund your purchase, please allow up to 15 days for resolution. For non-insured orders , we can provide you with proof of shipping and the delivery confirmation number to contact your local post office, as well as help with an investigation.

We hope that you will enjoy exploring the full range of our teas and the tastes they offer. However if you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase on the site then please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item's cost excluding postage costs.
