Composed only of spring's most succulent fresh buds, Silver Needle is renowned in the white tea category. Among the most prized teas worldwide, it is truly one to savour. Picked in early April in Fuding – part of China's Fujian province – the tea is slowly and expertly crafted using traditional methods. Overseen by tea master Sun Chenhui, the leaves are simply and precisely picked, withered and dried, producing a mellow and pristine infusion, with characteristic notes of melon and cooling cucumber.
